NOVOSIBIRSK LEGAL INSTITUTE ...

I do not want to offend and offend anyone, I am not the ultimate truth, I express my subjective opinion.

What are the advantages I saw in 4 years of study:

1) TSU crust;

There are rumors on the sidelines (I mean only the NYU building) that the Tomsk crust is quoted on the labor market much more valuable than everyone else in Novosibirsk, but what is there, beyond the Urals. I don’t dare to refute, I will point out the common truth - it’s worth doing it if at the end you have a thieves, otherwise your dear crust will turn out to be a pumpkin. If you compare any other crust of higher legal education and the crust of NYUI, then they will have absolutely the same value for the employer, except that they are expensive for you, because you will spend a lot of nerves. The employer will look at you with surprised eyes when you repeat as a mantra "I graduated from NYUI, I have more privileges, I am smarter than the others, I have an exceptional status," which you will be told about from all the holes during your studies. This is not true. In general, I don’t feel the special value of the peel, without damnation, from my own experience.

2) The teaching staff, alas, not all ...

I am sincerely grateful to many teachers, their sayings, thoughts, aphorisms formed me for 4 years, were deposited deep in my memory with very fond memories! The teachers are truly professionals, they enjoy it. Their lectures and seminars captivate, motivate, and you eventually become an accomplice, an interest in the educational process. It's great! If you enter the NYU, it is only because of the teachers. But, there are many "buts". Not all teachers are good, faced with emotionally unstable, professionally burned out and simply unsuitable, someone has long gone to retire. Some deliberately spoil the average score. A lot of subjective factors. In general, there are not a few such teachers. How did they get there and what do they do there. The question is open.

There are no more pluses, or maybe they weren’t ...

But the minuses are a fount (basic):

1) Administration - Alma Mater for rudeness. Imperious attitude towards students. A student, especially a full-time student, is dirt from under the nails, this is the opinion of the administration of the NUI. A lot of problems with her. I advise you to develop rules of ethics and good manners that will apply exclusively to the administration, otherwise, it’s completely a disaster. In my life I have not seen so much swagger and rudeness, and have not heard. In general, I will not say absolutely anything good about the administration, I will not personify anyone, everyone knows perfectly well about themselves. I can’t resist, I will give more advice - to rotate the administration, otherwise, you will completely lose all consumers.

2) Material base. TOTALLY ABSENT. There is nothing but a more men’s library.

Of course, if you are a demanding applicant, you can go to the NUMA website and gasp, be surprised, indeed, there are a lot of interesting things in the reporting documents, for example, a canteen (which is located in another educational institution 5 km from the main building and which is rented) , a doctor’s office, a psychologist’s office and many more amazing and unexplored places by NUI students. It seems even about 5 buildings.

In fact, there is a building on the Soviet (for the 1st year glasses and all other forms), a building on a wide, i.e. in e * b * yah (for all other dirt from under the nails), a building on Lebedevsky (also for someone , it is empty). There is no canteen anywhere, not even vending machines with food. There is no wardrobe. Not to mention doctors and psychologists. If something happens to your health, blame yourself, you won’t get any first-aid kit or help, only death.

In general, you decide!

Many people dream of getting a law degree. They associate the image of a lawyer with a smart and educated person who is the guardian of law and order, seeks to eradicate crime and achieve justice in everything. There are currently quite a lot of lawyers in our country. Despite this, true professionals can easily find a job.

Novosibirsk Law Institute invites people who want to get a law degree to study. Those people who studied here received not only a diploma, but also knowledge, important practical skills that enabled them to become highly qualified specialists in the field of jurisprudence and build an excellent career.

Historical information

Archival documents compiled in the 30s of the last century indicate that in the Novosibirsk region there were not enough operational workers, prosecutors, investigators. Some people in these positions did not have the appropriate education. This became the prerequisites for the opening of a higher educational institution - in 1939, a branch of the All-Union Correspondence Law Institute appeared in Novosibirsk.

About 20 years this educational institution functioned in the city. Then it was renamed the faculty, and after 3 years it was included in the Sverdlovsk Law Institute. This is how the Novosibirsk Faculty of UIS appeared. Another change occurred in 1986. The faculty was transferred to the Tomsk state. University. The structural unit is currently called the Novosibirsk Law Institute (branch) of a well-known university.

The second building of the university in Novosibirsk is provided with the latest video and audio equipment, there is a satellite communication system.

The library plays an important role in the educational process. In it, students receive the necessary literature. The library at the university is famous for its rich book fund. It contains rare editions of jurisprudence that were published several centuries ago and are of particular value at the present time. There are a huge number of periodicals. Novosibirsk Law Institute (the branch has subscribed to several dozens of magazines and newspapers. Students will learn from them relevant information about changes in legislation, read about interesting and difficult cases that professionals face in their practice.

At the university, students also use the electronic library. It consists of textbooks, teaching aids, dictionaries, reference books, encyclopedias. Work with electronic resources is carried out via the Internet. Students and teachers can work with the library in any place convenient for them. Entrance to the electronic resource is carried out according to individual passwords.

Law clinic

Law Institute (Novosibirsk branch) has a student clinic. It has existed since 2009. On certain days in it, senior students provide legal assistance to citizens - give advice that is consistent with modern legislation, draw up documents. As a rule, reception of citizens in the clinic is carried out by 3 to 5 students. The whole process is led by a teacher. It helps students with complex issues, checks the correctness of the preparation of documents.

The legal clinic always provides free assistance. Complaints about her work are not received. This suggests that students have a good level of knowledge. Citizens of the city who visit the clinic thank the Novosibirsk State Law Institute and students.

About the non-governmental Novosibirsk Institute of Economics and Law

Several years ago, in Novosibirsk, one could get a law degree at a branch of the Tomsk Institute of Economics and Law. It was opened in the city in 1993. However, at present this is no longer possible. In 2016, Rosobrnadzor deprived the university of its accreditation and banned the admission of new students.

It is worth noting that the Novosibirsk Institute of Economics and Law was in good demand - 242 people were accepted to one of the admission campaigns for the first year. However, not all students spoke positively about the university. Those people who came here for knowledge said that the educational process in terms of quality is at a very low level. University employees were interested in money. They were not worried by the fact that many graduates did not have the required level of knowledge and were uncompetitive specialists in the labor market.

Thus, the Novosibirsk Law Institute (a branch of Tomsk University) is an educational institution where you can get a quality legal education. Applicants who want to get good knowledge should not pay attention to non-governmental educational institutions that offer similar services. As a rule, such universities are aimed at obtaining money, and not at training qualified specialists, which could be proud of.
