Mitsubishi air conditioners instructions for use. Review of Mitsubishi Electric air conditioners: error codes, comparison of inverter duct, cassette and floor-ceiling models

Simplified central console

16 groups/50 blocks.

Can be used to turn on/off external devices.

The controller is equipped with a 5-inch color touch display with bright backlight.

The liquid crystal matrix has a size of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA) and is made using TFT technology, which ensures high performance, image clarity and contrast. Image brightness and sound volume are adjusted during setup.

The backlight turns on the first time you touch the screen. Automatic shutdown occurs 1/3/5/7 or 10 minutes after the last touch. If a malfunction occurs in the air conditioning system, the backlight turns on.

The device can monitor 50 objects. An object is a group of indoor units, Lossnay air handling units or a third-party system connected to the M-NET network via the PAC-YG66DCA-J controller.

The AT-50B device, in addition to the basic control and monitoring functions, has a number of additional features: standby heating/cooling, automatic return to the set temperature (temporary change in the target temperature by 1, 2, 3 or 4°C), as well as 2 seasonal weekly timers.

The accuracy of setting the target temperature is 0.5ºC or 1ºC depending on the model of the indoor unit.

Note.
Interaction with PAC-YG60MCA-J, PAC-YG63MCA-J devices is not provided.

Central controllers AE-200E, AE-50E and EW-50E

Multifunctional central controllers

The AE-200E and AE-50E controllers feature a 10.4-inch bright backlit color touchscreen display (SVGA TFT: 800x600). The EW-50E controller does not have a display.

The backlight turns on the first time you touch the screen. Automatic shutdown occurs 3 minutes after the last touch. If a malfunction occurs in the air conditioning system, the backlight turns on.

The AE-200E can control 50 indoor units directly, 200 indoor units using three additional AE-50E or EW-50E expansion interfaces. (AE-50E controllers cannot be used separately from AE-200E.) Connecting several sets of “AE-200E+3xAE-50E” (or “AE-200E+3xEW-50E”) devices to a computer allows you to organize control of more than 200 indoor units via a web browser. The maximum number of control objects can reach 2000.

Icons of internal blocks or their groups are located on floor plans. The resolution of the raster image of one floor plan is no more than 1890×900 pixels. The floor plan can be divided into 6 parts, each of which can contain up to 30 block or group icons.

The AE-200E, AE-50E and EW-50E devices have a built-in power supply. The use of external power supply PAC-SC51KUA is only required if other central controllers are connected to the same M-NET line.

The AE-200E, AE-50E and EW-50E controllers are equipped with a USB port. The port is used for copying differentiated energy metering data, for downloading floor plans, for backing up system settings, and for updating firmware.

Dual target temperature in automatic mode (PURY-P).

Interaction with web browsers of smartphones and tablets.

The devices have a built-in Russified web server. For remote interaction via the Internet, SSL authentication is provided (it is recommended to organize a VPN channel to prevent unauthorized access).

The AE-200E, AE-50E and EW-50E software (version 7.31 and higher) allows you to display up to 2000 blocks in a single web browser window (Integrated Centralized Control license required). The built-in web server is compatible with computers, tablets and smartphones. Version Compatibility operating systems and browsers is specified in the Information Brochure.

Firmware version 7.31 (or higher) supports the ability to connect the device to building management systems (BMS) using the BACnet® protocol. This requires the purchase of a “BACnet® connection” license.

Pulse counter PAC-YG60MCA
The PAC-YG60MCA* device is designed to connect up to 4 electricity meters with relay telemetry output. Using this device, differentiated metering of electricity consumption, peak power limitation, as well as graphical representation electricity costs.

PAC-YG63MCA: temperature and humidity measurement
The PAC-YG63MCA* device is designed to connect 1 temperature sensor and 1 humidity sensor with different types output signals: 4-20 mA, 1-5 V, Pt100 (temperature sensor only), 0-10 V. The measured values ​​can be graphically represented in the supervisory program or saved in a text file. They can serve as input parameters for the operation of the system. I/O Controller PAC-YG66DCA
The PAC-YG66DCA* device is designed for connecting external circuits:
2 static inputs (dry contacts) and 2 static or pulse outputs. Optionally, 4 more external channels can be added.
It is possible to program various correspondence of output signals to system events, as well as system reactions to input signals. This will require purchasing and activating the “Interlock control” license in the central controller.
No licenses are required to independently control third-party equipment from a web browser or from the central controller screen.

Converter PAC-IF01AHC-J

Converting data from the M-NET signal line to transfer it to the ALPHA2 series controller

The PAC-IF01AHC-J converter converts data from the M-NET signal line to transfer it to the ALPHA2 series controller. ALPHA2 controllers are a series of programmable logic controllers manufactured by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATION.

1 set “PAC-IF01AHC-J + ALPHA2” allows you to implement the following functions:
a) Control of external devices using air conditioner sensors and control panel (see note 1).
b) Synchronization of the air conditioner operation (no more than 2 groups of 16 units each) with external devices connected to the ALPHA2 controller. The pass/fail status can be monitored for up to 50 units simultaneously.
c) Control of air conditioners in the M-NET network (no more than 2 groups of 16 units each).
d) Monitoring of ALPHA2 input/output circuits through Mitsubishi Electric remote controls and central controllers.

Dimensions:
a) PAC-IF01AHC-J - 116 mm x 90 mm x 40 mm, cable length with adapter ALPHA2 (AL2-CAB) 500 mm;
b) ALPHA2 - 124.6 mm x 90 mm x 52 mm

No mains voltage connection is required to the PAC-IF01AHC-J converter; it receives power from the M-NET signal line. Power consumption index 0.5.

Notes:
1) In the M-NET signal line, information from sensors can be transmitted at intervals of up to 70 s. To implement real-time control systems, external analog sensors should be connected to the inputs of the ALPHA2 controller.
2) The PAC-IF01AHC-J converter is compatible with the PAR-U02MEDA-J control panel, as well as the EW-50E central controller.
3) The PAC-IF01AHC-J converter is only compatible with the following ALPHA2 series controllers: AL2-14MR-A, AL2-14MR-D, AL2-24MR-A, AL2-24MR-D.

Gateway LMAP04-E

Gateway for LonWorks® network

Interface (gateway) for connecting semi-industrial Mr.Slim “A-control” air conditioners, Lossnay air handling units, as well as City Multi multi-zone systems to building dispatch systems via the LonWorks network. The device comes with a description of network variables - SNVT.

One LMAP04-E device is designed for 50 indoor units.
